required a download (not free) to fix... he said
it wasn't a problem since everything else works
and he only uses the contacts and calendar.

He called back in, he is still having some
problems. The notes section isn't synching (this
isn't a big deal he said) but everything else is
synching ok. He said he can live without notes if
fixing it means screwing up everything else.

returned laptop and left voicemail... will try my
best to get the Outlook/sync issue fixed on monday

called him, apologized for the confusion.  Heading

He called and was wondering what the status was on
his SR. He says - Ronnie was working on it
remotely and was going to leave a message when she
was done. 

he is with a student... and will call back when he
is avaiable.

He called today wodering what was going on with
his SR. He says he will be in all week except for
a few meetings so call before you head over.

Called and left a message asking him to call back
when he's back in the office.
