I called her to let her know that Apple warranty
items are slow.  Laptops will be even slower, we
have to send them to Apple.

She also wanted to know if we would mind if she
went into the shop and picked it up when it was
ready since she lives in Portland and can pick it
up on the way into or home from work.

She called in again. I checked with Brad and told
her that we don't have an ETA on it yet and that
Joe will get back to her as soon as we know when
she can expect it. She wanted to be contacted as
soon as we had an ETA so she can plan around it.

computer had been taken to the Apple store yet, 
and when she was going to get it back. She is off 
campus on Thurs and Fri and so she was hoping she 
can get it back today. She would like someone to
