She has a class at 4:30, so she needs to have 
some stuff printed out for class. She started 
printing a document, but the paper jammed, so 
after that was fixed she tried to print some 
other things, but got an exclamation mark next to 
them. She thinks that is because the first job 
didn't finish printing. Therefore, she would like 
to cancel the first job so she can print the 
others.

Last time she tried to do this she deleted the 
printer software, so she doesn't want to do that 
again.
