I went back over.  Both her network password and 
her windows passwords now match.  We also 
ran "birken" and set up Outlook.  she checked 
her email and it appeared just the way she 
wanted it.

Joe worked on this.  I called Lisa and told her 
to give me a call and I woiuld come over with 
the fix.

I checked her desktop under her profile folder 
and everything is still there.  I renamed that 
profile and had her log in again to have her 
create a new profile.  she logged in 
seccessfully and was able to access her stuff on 
the H: drive.  It did not create a new profile 
folder for her.  I logged in and still was not 
able to see a new wilsonl profile folder.  It 
did however create a new profile folder for me.

then the next 3 times it took her to a different 
desktop and all her icons were gone. She said 
that she just left her computer how it is so 
someone can see it. She needs her computer ASAP.
