Tina is not able to log into the old or new 
banners. She just gets the white screen. She need 
banner access asap.

Amber Staley, a student worker called and she
needs banner to do work so it needs to be done.
She says she just gets a plain white sreen, she
has rebooted. She also metioned that we had her
machine and ever since then this has happened. See
SR 15135.
