brought thin client back, setup a research machine
from his back room for him to use in the meantime.

took a sun station over to him, he didn't want to
use it... I left it there so when his machine
shuts down on him, there is an alternative. 
(Don't forget to pick it up when his machine is
fixed, he said he will leave a note on his
computer about where the thin client is at; he put
it in the back room on the counter to the right
when I was there.)

Called saturday to let me know he wanted this 
taken care of ASAP. I said I would document that 
he called and that is all.

We need to replace his power supply. Its
overheating and could cause further hardware issues.

Looks like it restarted 'cause of program updates,
strange it didn't notify him.  Didn't see any
malicious software running, we should check the
physical computer before closing task -- could be
just the power cord (calling to get times
available... leaving message)

He says it happened twice within 30 min. No error 
message is given.
