Loose keyboard connection, just pushed it in to
back of tower, assured of strong connection,
rebooted, and its functioning again.

He says that when he starts his computer ctrl alt 
delete does not work, he is not getting keyboard 
commands to work... He has tried restarting and 
the same thing happens. There was some kind of an 
error message about the keyboard not working.
