Her computer wasn't assigning drive letters
properly. It was mapping drive letters to empty
space, and not assigning the camera a drive
letter. Fixed it in disk management.

she said she plugged in a memory card from a 
digital camera and that is when the problen 
started.

the error reads; "local drive name already in 
use." she needs access to those drives soon so i 
put the sr on high priority.
