tried everything on the site except moving the
drive and formatting the disk.  Told her about
moving the drive, she's going to try it.  At this
point, we have the correct driver and updates...
she said she'd try her Zip drive at home and see
if she can email herself the info she needs.

It is not working error reads "Not accessible, 
I/O device error."

downloaded the XP driver and installed it. Fixed
the problem!  (There was a coworker down the hall
wiht the same problem, installed it for him and it
worked fine too)

She has had it in the past, but it has been 
awhile since she has used it. She would like this 
fixed, but it is not a huge rush. Also Dave 
Foster's computer does not have the Zip drive 
either.  Thanks
