kathy called and wanted to know ho to access the 
software, she could not find it. Called Ronnie 
and let her know that Kathy had called about it.

scanner is a WOU#99... also, checked hp website
for scanner drivers, they have nothing on it. 
Tried a few that seemed close, nothing "saw" the
scanner.  Checked inventory, says it had been
pdr'd.  I changed it back to humanities.
