the problem was in her contacts she had changed
them in communications express then outlook
started to blow up, no matter how many times you
reload the connecter it won't work because it was
server side. I deleted all the contacts she edited
and started to create them one by one through
outlook... and so far (the two I made) it was
syncing correctly.

She is still having outlook problems. She said
somebody came by to help her previously but never
finished.

I have narrowed the problem down to something in
her mail. The problem is not software or profile
based.

Whoever picks this task up should go through her
mail folders and possibly calendar looking for
something out of place.

I called and left a voicemail asking her to give
us a call when she is back in the office so we can
continue to work on this.

I'm going to suggest that we run a registry
cleaner, scan her machine for spyware, and then
try cleaning up the start up apps.

i uninstalled and reinstalled everything after
creating a new profile. googled error, gave me
nothing. can't figure it out. told her I'd check
with my coworkers and we'd look into it.
meanwhile she will be using the web email.

damewared in, couldn't fix it remotely. Heading
over (she has a palm pilot) to try it in person
with installs/etc.

(Actually, I didn't touch this one. The SR Line
had put it under me and they closed it out with
the other problematics.) Sent her an email
explaining that we cannot troubleshoot Outlook
without her present and logged on. Also requested
her to let us know when she will be back and
available and we will take care of it as quickly
as possible.

Ronni had closed this, but there was no more info.
I suspect this was a day when we had a call-back
list and we assumed it was done.

I reported a service request (I believe on the
24th) and my Outlook is still not responding. It
will not let me in to any of the functions. The
error in the Communication Express was fixed and
continues to work just fine. I am currently on
vacation, bus was hoping that someone might be
able to take a look at it while I was gone. My
machine is in the entry way of WUC 203, and my
machine number should be in the service request above.

Thanks!
