Mark, Let's go over this task the next time you 
work.  It is a good example of how the techs use 
and inteerpret whta twe enter.  Also, you should 
have proofed her id infor and added her email 
address to the database.

We found _nothing_ wrong with this machine.  There
is no kagawak profile.

using when working on this computer.

I called and asked if we could get some more 
information on when this is happening (please get 
information on if this is happening right when 
the computer boots, or when she tries to run a 
specific program or just at random times).  We 
need this information to try to recreate the 
issue.

Error appeared again so I removed and replaced 
with temp. laptop.  Computer is in ITC 007.

I went to HSS 332 this morning and the computer 
appeared to function correctly.  I was able to 
connect to the network, internet and open several 
applications.  It ran fast and did not give me 
any errors.  So I left it in the room.  Let me 
know if you need me to remove it.

I went and looked at the machine and there is 
something strange going on with it.  I was unable 
to obtain an IP address and anytime I tried to go 
take a loot at the settings it locked up on me.  
I tried to take it out of the case to bring it 
back to the tech area but I was unable to get one 
of the side screws loose.  If you could please 
take the computer out of the case and bring it to 
our office, it would be great.
