He can now forward and get what he needs.  I am
researching why forward inlines from previous
forwards seem to not include message...

Explained the sit. with timeouts.  Also we are
scheduled to get him the latest version of firefox
to get forwarding to work tomm. at 11:30.

Ike called and : It takes him 3,4 tries to log on 
and once logged 
in he cannot reply, send, or enter text. There is 
a word doc. like toolbar that wasn't there 
before.

told him how and then he called back and said 
that he has a Mac and needs to know how to do it
