fixed it, turns out the printer was on the old
server and therefore did not exist!  got the new
one on...

The print que says that there are seven documents 
waiting and she right clicks on the first job to 
restart it, but it doesn't do anything. The 
computer is in Kathleen Stremel's office (TO 229, 
88096). When she tried to restart the print job 
ealier, it gave an error message that only 
said "error", but while she was on the phone with 
me it stopped giving that message and just 
wouldn't print. Kathleen said that if no one gets 
to this by the end of the day it will start 
getting in the way of her job.
