James, I'm putting this in your task list to 
have you update tha contact information.  
Anytime you create a task I need for you to 
verify that all contact information is present 
and up to date for the client. Please add Ike's 
western email address to his contact information 
in the database.  When you have finished add a 
memo to this and put it in my queue so I'll

It takes him 3,4 tries to log on and once logged 
in he cannot reply, send, or enter text. There is 
a word doc. like toolbar that wasn't there 
before.
