Computer doesn't have any dvd burning software.
Windows Media Player won't burn dvds either. Tried
downloading a codec pack for encoding dvds but it
still wouldn't burn. We don't have any free
burning software to offer. Left a message on VM
that he will have to order burning software, or he
can call back to explore other options.
