turned off and back on, removed message from fax
and gave them the incoming number.  fax machine is
new, they will call if this is a recurring problem.

The fax machine WOU # 20020346[Edit Inv] keeps saying that 
it is printing a fax, but for at least an hour 
nothing has printed.  I have tried what I know to 
help and that is not working.
