asked angie for contact info.  It looks like he
lacked the credits.

The student, Matt Doyle, printed about 107 pages 
total, and none of them printed. They were listed 
in the wou queue, and when he clicked print 
nothing happened, but it took his credits. Other 
students were able to print.
