Mike we always need name, login and lots of 
contact information. Unfortunately, this task 
slips through the cracks and this client sees us 
as very unhelpful.  Like Joe said, after you

Recomended that she move computers and try again.
I tried to make sure that she was using the print
system properly and it sounded like she was. May
still be just a case of user error. WOU# listed
was for the computer she was using.
