I tried it myself after talking to her and I get
the same error, with cookies and cache cleared, so
I will contact the registrar and see if they know
anything.

"Page cannot be displayed." This started 
yesterday for her. She asked another person in 
her office and they said it was working fine for 
them. She would like to be notified if/when it is 
working again. Thanks
