called left vm -- need times available --(was
thinking about recreating profile and reinstalling

Now it is not loading up when he turns on his 
computer. He can log in, but when he tries to get 
into Outlook, it brings up error messages to send 
off to Microsoft.

He called back and said that the nothing is 
connecting, and nothing is sinking. He requested 
that Brian take this task. I told him he was not 
here at the moment and he said that it was not a 
big hurry to get done.

I exported his contacts and found a record with 
bad data in it.  I imported the data back in and 
was able to run the connector on my machine and 
outlook did not crash.  I left him a VM and asked 
him to try to run outlook, if it crashes on him 
just redo the connector and it should work for 
you.
