the problem is licencing... it tries to contact 
a server or so and then cuts off the processer.

Checked it out and got a different error about the
license not letting me even get access to
databases.    It seems unclear as to what exactly
she is trying to do so I left a message asking her
to call us so we can get more info. like what file
she is using and where it is located.

She called back and says she will be in the 
office for 30-45 minutes and that is all for 
today.

I called and left a message. She wasn't around so
I tried to fix the problem remotely only to find
the machine was off. I'm going to give her another
call and request that she give us a call back when
she's back in the office.

It is giving her the error message "the processor 
is not working" when she inputs data to analyze. 
She got it to work in the library and in the ED 
111, but not on her computer.
