Ran diagnostics and turned out to be the ram. 
Changed it out and ordered up through the warranty
some new ram.  Works great now.

Che Walker "intern" called in. The computer askes 
if you want to star in safe mode or normal mode. 
Click either xp window comes up and then flashe s 
back, does it over and over. Error box pops up 
svc host.exe   computer is in 132 health center
