He called back and said that he will be in his 
office from now unitl 3pm. He needs this ASAP.

The solution to try at least, is to set him up so
that when he remotes in, the printer option under
the options menu on remote desktop is selected. 
If this applies to just VPNing, then I don't know
what else.

"WIndows cannot print due to a problem w/a 
current window setup." The printer is the 
TRILJ8000, and it is located in the room right 
across the hall from his. He will be back in his 
office after 2p. He siad that the other two 
printers in that room are doing the same thing. 
He can print fine from them when he is not VPing 
in.
