I was able to dameware into the machine and fix 
the problems.

She figured out how to turn off the popup blocker
and it's Yahoo toolbar. she needs to have that
uninstalled. She doesn't want it and doesn't know
how it got installed on the computer.

She'll be at her computer until 3:30 today. any 
time today would be wonderful. Any time between 9 
and 5 tomorrow would be good, but sooner is 
better as she needs email to work.

She has been unable to send emails because she is 
getting a message saying she has a pop up 
blocker. She would like a tech to contact her 
about this issue.
