He called back to say that it is working now.

Then he said he was getting the message that 
says 'login incorrect, please re enter username 
and password.' He then told me he was also 
getting a message saying 'network not available, 
please contact your administrator.'

When he types in his password, he just gets the 
login page again. He is not recieving any error 
message.
