She called back to say that it is also creating a 
log file. She does not want it to do this, and 
said that it has never done it before.

When she saves pdf files that she creates in 
Adobe, she is unable to change the name of them. 
She said it also frequently saves to the wrong 
location, and is unable to save it to the desired 
location. She will be out, but the secretary can 
let someone in to work on it.
