an email filter he had created seemed to be
causing the problem.  we removed them both, I
recreated one to do the job and we tested his
account.  Emails seem to be going through just
fine now.

He said that yesterday it worked fine, but today 
he sent a test e-mail, and it says that it sent, 
but it never came through.

He blocked an email address around 9 or 9:30, and 
doesn't know if that would affect it.
