His network jack is broken.  He is taking care of
it through telecom.

Called in to see if any progress had been made on
his ticket. I told him that the techs were very
busy and gave him the ticket number so he could
check back in at the end of the week if he hasn't
heard anything.

Gave him instructions on how to log in using the
browser instead of Outlook.

He has rebooted his computer and it is still not 
letting him in. He would like to use email ASAP.
