Did some updating and the errors went away.  Also
fixed some folder subscription errors in Outlook.

Talked to her and I am heading over a 11.  I also
cannot remote into her machine at all due to the
machine "actively refusing connection."  So harsh.

Jerrie is getting an SVChost.exe.application 
error when she tried to open Outlook. She get a 
message: the instructions at "0x745f2780" 
referenced memory "0x00000000" the memory could 
not be "read" to terminate click ok, to debug 
click cancel. Has gotten it more than once. it 
locks up and doesnt let her exit outlook
