She called and says that the HPE printer is not 
there. It is not her default printer...

I renamed her profile and moved her desktop
contents to the new one. I also installed both HPE
printers. She's very happy now.

She called back and her computer now says that 
she is locked out and only crowej or an admin can 
unlock this computer.

She said that she'll leave her door open and a
tech can come at any time. She said she'd stay
logged into the machine. If this can be taken care
of before the end of the day she'd be very happy,
she wants to be able to grade these papers over
the weekend.

On futher conversation she said her icons were all
screwed up when she came in in the morning. May be
a problem with the profile or an incorrect logon
or some such.

her to try to use another office in the machine,
but she said this was an urgent issue.

also has another printer listed that she would
like to have removed from the list if possible.
