The printer HP photo smart 1215  #20010727[Edit Inv]. She 
is a mac user, she can not get the printer to 
shutdown. She says there is not another color 
printer she can print to so she is unable to move 
forward with her work. She has a one week 
intensive course starting up and needs to print 
off some documents for her class. She will not be 
in her office much but we should be able to get 
into her office even if she is not there, just 
ask to be let in at the main office
