He was typing it under the phone number area
instead of address.

The original message says "location information, 
phone, modem connection". He clicked on cancel 
because he was just trying to update an email 
address, but he got a message saying 'are you 
sure you want to cancel?' He then gets a message 
saying he has to provide telephone info. He keeps 
going around in a circle with these messages. He 
has tried shutting down his computer, but when he 
turns it back on, the message still shows up.
