She would like it fi the tech coul install firefox
for her when they come in. She will only be in the
office today for the week. She will be gone for
the whole week after today.

With the web mail it's not giving her a text box
to type in. She's using Safari and I recomended
that she use Firefox instead due to problems with
the webmail client and Safari. She still needs
help with the Mac OS X mail client though.
