brain replaced the HDD and I am working on the
'new' task.

she is a 10 month employee, she will be gone next
week, we can look at this then.

She tries pressing any key and it does not 
restart the computer, it just sits there. She has 
to shut down the computer and restart it that way 
in order for her to be able to use her computer. 
This is the third time it has done this and she 
needs help with this ASAP. She said this will 
cause problems if she is in the middle of 
something.
