She said that she is now having problems getting 
into banner and it appears that it is related to 
this. She said it is acting like something was 
not installed properly after this was taken care 
of. It is the first time she has tried getting 
into banner since her computer was worked on.

Julie says this morning is the 1st time she has 
started up since Brian worked on her machine. She 
gets "Managment agent NT.exe encoutered a problem 
and neede to close" then she can not get the 
error message to close,so she can't do any work.

so someone can look at it. She cannot do any work
