She called back and said that the message below 
does not always work. It sometimes takes more 
than 15 minutes to unlock. They sometimes cannot 
click on the remote desktop bar that pops down. 
Can someone look into that again.

I called and explained in a message that if she
moves her mouse to the top of the screen a bar
will appear that she can click on to close the
windows session.

If a user is logged on and they leave without
logging off the system locks and they need to know
what to do to unlock it when the user is gone. It
prompts for the user to log back in, but they're
gone and the library needs to know what to do to
get it unlocked for use.
