Left a message saying we configured a new shortcut
on the desktop and named it "WOU EMAIL."  She
should be set to go now.

She's going to leave the door to her office open
so someone can look at the comp even if she's not
there.

When she tries to launch email from the start menu
the program asks her to configure her email
settings. she's not sure what she's supposed to do
here and would like her old email icon back if
possible.
