This is the latest problem she has had. She has 
been unable to access her own web page. She can't 
recall at the moment all that has been going on. 
She can't read anything in the CD drive (it will 
say "no CD in the drive"), She has had to close 
all other windows in order to enter info in one 
window or her computer will freeze or log her 
off. She said someone threw a rock in her window 
and there was a lot of dust and debris between 
that and getting the window fixed. This all seems 
to have started around that time.
