They were trying to save to the I drive. The
problem has occured on at least 4-5 computers. The
problem was still around as of Yesterday.

are trying to save to.  Is it the local machine 
or is it to a network drive.

Cannot save. It has happened on at least four 
staff computers. They have tried to restart the 
computers but that did not help.
