I found some spyware. Once it was removed it
seemed to be working quickly again.

she has done a disk clear up, cleaned up her 
computer and done everything she knows how to get 
it going faster. These are the same symptoms that 
she had the last time her other computer crashed. 
SHe needs someone to come out ASAP.
