She called back and said that there is no longer 
an I drive on her computer. She said she only the 
option of B, C or E drive.

She still had a TRI drive mapped that was timing
out. Once we disconnected it she was able to get
into My Computer much faster.

She has to move the mouse to get it unfrozen and 
whatever she just typed disappears and she has to 
retype that over. She is leaving now, but would 
like someone to come in tomorrow when she is here 
from 8-4 to help her. Thanks
