She had an e-mail in her account that had some
animations. Once it was deleted the problem ceased.

The problem is contained within her e-mail
account. I'm assuming she has an e-mail in her
account that is causing the problem.

"Invalid property value" she clicks on OK and it 
goes away but it pops everytime she clicks on one 
of those. She can still use the next, delete or 
previous buttons but the annoying windows pop up 
everytime.
