missing a driver, sound works now.

This problem didn't exist until after Brad used
remote desktop into her machine and scanned for
spyware.

Something called Surfer Sidekick pops up from time
to time. She's not sure what it is.

The error it's giving her is:

Windows Media Player can not play the file because
there is a problem with your sound device. There
might not be a sound device installed on your
computer, it may be in use by another program, or
it may not be functioning properly.
