moved the profile, logged on and it seems to be
working.  needs script for file deletion

called to give another update, apologized and told
him it was my fault that we couldn't return it
tomorrow.  He says thanks for the update and it
doesn't appear to be a problem and that he
appreciates that we will try to get it ready and
returned asap (even though we can't guarantee a date).

called and gave him an update, no eta at this time
but I told him he should have it back by friday
(he wants it back by that time regardless if it is
fixed)... slow tasklist so far today, should
(hopefully) get somewhere

updated the box it no longer was slow, deepfreeze
+ out of date software = really bad.

Dell#20030841[Edit Inv] is *incredibly* slow, plus it won't 
recognize the scanner.  And our G5#1 won't 
recognize its scanner either.
 
When someone from UCS could fix these problems, 
we'd appreciate it.
