The hardware diag will not work because it does 
not recognize the pc as being a dell supported 
PC.  I was unable to find anything regarding 
this error in tapioca or on google.

It updated some programs last time she shut it 
down, now it will not show any network drives and 
will not open a browser. She hit ctrl alt del and 
it didn't do anything. She has tried restarting 
it, but that didn't work.
