Hi- I know the address for the print queue. Mike 
at the service desk said he was going requesting 
that a shortcut be added to the info and ref 
computer desktops so the print queue is easily 
accessible. Not a pressing request, but thanks 
for looking into it.

She had someone read her the address so she could
get there but we may still want to go put an icon
on the machine so it's not an issue in the future.
