Please install latest version of Office Pro 2003 
based on a purchase REq#2033, make sure that she 
gets Publisher2003 with this install as that is 
the whole reason for upgrading her Office from XP 
PRo edition which did not come with publisher(FYI 
she has an Publisher 2000 but is having 
compatibility issues with coworkers who have 
newer version of Publisher)

When I got back from being out sick I noticed her 
order still had not gone through so Joanie called 
and got her to complete order and is in the 
middleof creating PO

Publisher is having trouble printing for some
users in the area.

She didn't sound like she really had a clear idea
of how the technology works so I'm kinda unclear
on what the specific problem was.
