Jan says she needs to purchase a license, get it 
installed, and have it be able to talk to 
Viking.  I am not sure if she needs to go through 
Joanie or Tricia for the purchase of the license 
but I know we would be doing the set-up. She was 
actually calling joanie's number and I answered 
the call(joanie is not here). SHe gave me an 
index number -Index # dia907. I asked if she 
would like Joanie's voice mail but she preffered 
to e-mail her instead.
