She called back and said that it is doing the 
same thing. When she clicks on the volume icon in 
the lower right hand corner it says there are no 
active mixer devices available and gives her an 
option to install.
She is also getting an error message when she 
starts her computer. She would like to restart 
when someone goes to look at it so the message 
will come up.
